Intimidating Shout now is now usable while shapeshifted. Its cooldown is now 40 sec, down from 120 sec.

Fixed an issue where Majordomo's adds had a low chance to drop a TON of epics.
Made Onyxia's adds use a more secure threat proccing system (and less wonky [my addition COULD have been wonky])
Fixed issue where Onyxia's invisible trigger one would attack you throughout the fight and it would look clunky.
Fixed a severe lack of purple ghosts in Dire Maul: West and made them all move around.
Fixed an issue where you could not use the item to complete the Onyxia Horde attunement quests (in emberstrife's den, it was an issue caused by emberstrife's den not actually putting you in emberstrife's den)

A base value of 10 gold has been added to Fel Commutation at 60. This will allow more incremental scaling for people in the leveling process.

High-Risk loot has been DECREASED to 1-2 equipment items per death, this is down from 4.
