[Witch Doctor] Loa's Blessing damage reduction reduced by 1%.
[Witch Doctor] Serpent Wards no longer trigger Core Overload.
[Witch Doctor] Hidden Intellect scaling of Bwonsamdi's Deal removed.
[Reaper] The Grim Reaper now also affects Doomrend.
[Reaper] Soul Infusion spenders - "Requires Soul Infusion" is now red text when you don't have Soul Infusion, and appears as white when you do
[Reaper] Spectral Affinity now affects all damage types.
[Reaper] Healing of Crimson Harvest reduced by 30%.
