(The change to open it up to all spells and abilities was made to open it up for different kind of hybrids and spell casters. However, it ended up being too powerful for different non-hybrid melee builds. Instead of reducing the overall power of already existing builds that use Primordial Fury as their Legendary RE, we have reinstated the ability to only proc from Shaman melee abilities.)

Healing Shields RE has been reworked. Healing Shields will now heal the target half a second after applying the Power Word: Shield this will allow and improve consistency when used in Tandem with the Dominant Word: Shield legendary mystic enchantment. Previously if you used Power Word: Shield on a target at 74% health, your healing shields could bring the target over 75%, preventing Dominant Word: Shield from triggering.

[Area-52] As previously mentioned before on Alar, Globalized class tokens are tokens that are no longer bound to a specific class. For example, the warrior priest, druid head token from raids is now exchangeable for all classes will be coming to Area-52. Later Today (1/27/2022) we will begin rolling restarts for Globalized Tier tokens to now drop from bosses and to retroactively update all tier tokens from players to now be this new Global Tier Token. Tooltips and item descriptions will soon match this new-founded behavior and even giving examples of where to turn them in at.
