[Runemaster] Greater Runes now applies a debuff to the enemy for the same effect lasting 15 sec, instead of applying it to you for 8 sec. This debuff now counts as a Magic effect.
[Runemaster] Primordial Energy now gives you an instant cast Primordial Blast at 3 stacks, but doesnt let you cast it while moving at 1-2 stacks.
[Necromancer] Animates are now immune and non-selectable minions. This means their health bars will no longer show as well. No functionality has changed in how you control or utilize them. This does NOT apply to Raised minions.
[Necromancer] Lich Bolt now applies 5 stacks of Crypt Plague per disease consumed. Damage increased.
[Necromancer] Excess Decay reworked.
[Necromancer] Call of the Scourge fixed. CD increased to 10 minutes.
[Necromancer] Creeping Plagues now affects Lichplague.
[Necromancer] Bonescrap now costs mana instead of Runic Power
[Necromancer] Manbearpig now has Putrid Thrall + Putrefy synergy

[Pyromancer] The cooldown reduction on Descender now works again.
[Pyromancer] Flame Steps target acquisition recoded very slightly to allow it to work with macros like [@mouseover] or [@focus].
[Bloodmage] Reduced the cooldown of Aeortic Assault to 30 sec from 1min
[Pyromancer] Increased the base cast time of Slagbind to 1.5 sec up from 1.25 sec
[Bloodmage] Accursed and Lycanthropy now learn a passive baseline that allows Ravenous Strike to slow enemies
[General] The 2% haste on Battlemage's Gauntlets now also applies to melee and ranged haste, instead of only spell haste.
[Bloodmage] Bloodthirsty no longer slows
[General] Enchanted Silk 6 piece has been changed

[Chronomancer] Reflection now reflects the next spell cast within 4 seconds instead of all spells within the next 4 seconds.

[Necromancer] Lichplague reworked to be a proper DoT instead of periodically triggered separate instance of damage.
[Knight of Xoroth] Demonic Grit no longer causes you to take your imps damage, but instead works as it should, making your imps take your damage.
[Ranger] Woodland Arrow base damage increased by 8%.
[Ranger] Skullpiercer Shot base flat damage reduced by 15%.
[Ranger] Falconstrike RAP scaling increased by 2%.
[Ranger] Ranger shots now decrement Archery Points on cast rather than on hit.
[Ranger] Serrated Shot ranks fixed, will now correctly get the last intended rank (5) and per level damage fixed. (overall buff)
[Ranger] New-Age Archery can no longer proc from procs. Elemental Shot duration increased by 2 sec.
[Sun Cleric] Ward of Light now increases the critical strike chance of Illumination by 15% but reduces its healing by 30%.
[Sun Cleric] Ancient Rites now reduces cooldown incurred by 50% instead of providing 5% increased crit chance.
[Sun Cleric] Lightward replaced by a passive that causes Illumination critical strikes to apply Sunshine and reduce its tick rate.
[Sun Cleric] Critical strike chance moved from Refraction to Gleaming Light.
[Sun Cleric] Let It Shine now increases the mitigation of Solar Prayer by 10%.
