[Pending Restart] - Added a description to the Badge of Justice indicating its purpose and where to spend these Badges.

[Pending Restart] - Items bought from Geras or Edrim Skysong (Mythic 0 Coin Vendor) will now also abide by the refund rule that tier token vendors and Romus the Redeemer have. You may now sell back any item purchased from Geras or Edrim Skysong up to 2 hours after the purchase, enchanting this item or applying a mystic enchantment onto these items will void the refundability.

[Pending Restart] - Ever accidentally recycled an item when trying to upgrade an item at Edrim Skysong (Mythic Coin Vendor)? Fear not, Ameer Greatluck will now be able to recover accidentally recycled M+ items for 50 Mythic Coins.

[Pending Restart] - Removed the following daily quests from pooling on the callboard such as but not limited to: The Arms Race: "Ragesteel Shoulders, Learning The Ropes: Crown of the Sea Witch" whose price to craft was not reasonable for a daily craft. Most quests removed required VERY timegated materials that could take potential weeks to craft or the crafting price was upwards of 1,500 gold or more to craft. Similar quests that are not as expensive nor as timegated will soon be moved to a weekly quest pool and have a much greater reward.

[Pending Restart] - Prestigious Caches will now always reward gear from Tier 4.

[Pending Restart] - Callboard Caches have been reworked and make their return to level 70! This callboard cache intends to serve as a catchup mechanic and as an alternative way to progress your character and earn gear while simultaneously providing more value to daily and weekly quests. The following quest types will reward Callboard Caches: Profession Quests, Hero's Call (Rewards x2 caches), Keeping Evil at Bay, Population Control, World Boss (Rewards x2 caches). These callboard caches can not drop current tier raid gear and can only drop normal mode gear from the previous tier.

[Pending Restart] - Path to Ascension: Geras is a new Path to Ascension quest to introduce players into Geras. This quest rewards 750 Marks of Ascension, 5 Mystic Runes and 5 Orbs and 10 Badges of Justice.

[Cultist] Replaced old Eldritch Knight passive in the tree with a melee curse that deals damage over time. This is something I think we can expand on to tie melee cultist together a bit better (different kinds of melee curses with unique effects and different ways to apply/refresh/spread them)

[Cultist] Netherstrike now gives the caster a buff that causes their attacks to deal bonus damage against shielded enemies for 6 sec

[Cultist] Reduced CD of Entropic Strike from 30 sec to 15 sec

[Cultist] Improved Eldritch Strike is now called Eldritch Knight, and has the effect of the old Eldritch Knight passive in addition to its normal effect

[Chronomancer] Shield of Ages primary buff now only has 3 charges
