Talents & Abilities
Blessed Recovery Capstone now makes your Desperate Prayer come off cooldown three times as fast, changed from two times as fast.
Fel Armor now heals for 3% base health, changed from 4%.
Improved Leader of the Pack now heals for 2/4% base health, changed from 2.5/5%.
Blood Craze now heals for 1/2/3% base health over 6 sec, changed from 2/4/6%. Its effect is now tripled while Enraged, changed from doubled. It can now trigger every 12 sec, changed from every 16 sec.
Shadow and Flame now gives 4/7/10 sec cooldown reduction to Shadowfury instead of 5/10/15 sec.
Lightwell now has a 90 sec cooldown, changed from 120 sec.
[Thrall] The Mystic Enchants Arctic Reach, Destructive Reach, Elemental Reach, Flame Throwing and Magic Attunement are no longer available.
Hand of Salvation now ticks every 2 seconds, changed from every 1 sec.
Seal of Justice now has a 10 sec internal cooldown, changed from 6 sec.
Nature's Splendor now increases periodic and instant healing of Lifebloom by 5%/10/15%, changed from 2/4/6%.
Gift of the Earthmother now increases the periodic healing of Lifebloom by 6/12/18/24/30%, changed from 4/8/12/16/20%.
Lifebloom healing has been slightly reduced.
Lifebloom periodic healing has been reduced by about 13% and direct healing reduced by about 8%. (Talents increasing the healing from Lifebloom have been increased resulting in no change if invested into it.)
Hawk Eye no longer gives range to your hunter abilities. It now reads: Increases your chance to hit with ranged and melee abilities by 1/2/3% and increases the damage done by Auto Shot by 2/4/6%.
Holy Supernova now has a 60 sec cooldown, changed from 45.
General
Fixed an issue where the Fel Elemental was not usable
Fixed an issue where Wardrobe would require Transmog Runes to apply saved Sets
Fixed an issue where Worldforged Enchants would be consumed if attempting to use them on weapon slots. They cannot be used on weapon slots.
While your Primary Stat is Spirit your healing and absorption is increased by PvP power in Arenas and Battlegrounds. (Healing done while your Primary Stat is Spirit has been reduced baseline in Arenas and Battlegrounds to account for this.)
Talents & Abilities
Added the following to all Mastery Spell tooltips for additional clarity. (Pending Spell Patch) Learning this mastery in Draft Mode will allow you to immediately learn one of the below spells that you meet the required level for and will allow all spells in this mastery to show up in future card selections.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Cauterizing Fire Heals had longer range than intended. They will now match the range of fireball and fireball range modifiers.

Realmwide Reputations are live. Aldor, Scryer, and Consortium are currently not synced!
[Pending Restart] - The poison proc from the Rogue T5 (4) set bonus no longer deals reduced bonus damage in cat form.

Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where the new feral weapon damage bonus was not always applying.
[Already Live] - Lacerates Attack Power scalar has been increased by 25%.
[Pending Restart] Feral weapon damage bonus from off-hands no longer has a 50% penalty while using Titans Grip.
System Changes
Increased the attack power scaling of Carnage Incarnate and Rend (Carnage) by 25%.
Increased the damage of Instant Poison and Deadly Poison by 15% while in Cat or Bear Form.
Increased the AP coefficient of Predator's Wrath (extra nature damage done by your cat form abilities after casting wrath in cat form) by 25%.
Predator's wrath AP coefficient applied to "Wrath" has been increased to 25% from 12%.
Rake attack power scaling has been increased by 25%
Rip attack power scaling has been increased by 25%.
Ferocious Bite attack power scaling has been increased by 25%.
Increased the AP coefficient of Devil's Claw by 40% and the SP coefficient by 15%. This targets buffs to the underperforming version of the specialization while those who used mostly spell caster gear will still receive a similar but not as powerful buff.
Increased the AP coefficient by approximately 25% of the DoT from Charred Bite (Lucifur) and the SP coefficient by approximately 6%.
Increased the AP coefficient of the Direct Damage from Charred Bite (Lucifur) by 33% and the SP coefficient by 20%.
Increased the AP coefficient of Infected Blood from the Plague Bearer legendary enchant by approximately 25%
Increased the AP coefficient of Corrupted Hunger from the Corrupted Bear Form legendary enchant by approximately 25%
Increased the AP coefficient of Corrupted Paw from the Corrupted Bear Form legendary enchant by approximately 20%
Increased the AP coefficient of Tainted Wound by approximately 25%
Increased the AP coefficient of Faerie Fire (Feral) by 25%.
Increased the AP coefficient of Swipe (Bear) by 25%.
Increased the Weapon Damage contribution of Swipe (Cat) by 20%.
Increased the AP coefficient applied to Claw from Razor Claws to 25%.
Bloodthirst no longer deals reduced damage versus monsters in Bear Form / Cat Form.
Bloodthirst now scales with 55% of your AP from 58% but the damage is now increased by 8% from any bleed you have applied to the target up to a maximum of 40%.
Feral Bonus AP on Weapons has been replaced with a similar scaling system. Weapons that previously gave Feral Attack Power will now give weapon damage in place. This means abilities like Mangle, Shred and Swipe are slightly buffed. For every 14 Feral AP a weapon would have had, it now grants 1 extra weapon damage (2.5 for bear).
Savage Defense now scales with 8% of your Attack Power from 6%.
Item Changes
Normal Raid Items you have before this update has been upgraded to Heroic Raid items. This will result in a slight stat increase and item level increase to match said stat increase.
Heroic Raid Items you have before this update has been upgraded to Mythic Raid items. This will result in a slight stat increase and item level increase to match said stat increase.
Dungeons & Raids
[The Black Morass] Rift Lords now use the Ascension TBC Dungeon version of Mortal Strike, Thunder Clap and Sunder Armor instead of the original version of the spells.
[Karazhan] [Chess Event] Chess Pieces will no longer scale their health and damage with the number of player inside the raid on Ascended difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [SerpentShrine] [Lady Vashj] Corrected an issue where Coilfang Sirens and Coilfang High Prietess would always spawn in pairs on 10 player difficulty.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Plague Bearer - fixed the spread logic of the enchant to spread the Infected Blood and Rabies instead of reappling them with their full duration. Changed the spread spell from Swipe to Maul.
[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Spartan Kick is now usable in Defensive, Phalanax or Battle Stance.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed action bar paging for stances and forms when using addons.
[Ambassador] - Yerg the Ambassador is an ambassador to both the Horde and the Alliance factions. He values other Ambassadors very highly and will allow them to purchase mounts from either faction. You can locate him at Ratchet!
World
Beast Nests have been disabled while we address a bug preventing the creatures from properly spawning. We will post a changelog when they have been enabled again.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Blooming Growths crit modifier was only 50% instead of 100% like the tooltip stated.
General
[Pending Restart] - Added a vendor price to the Honor items that come from the Battleground Spoils!
[Requires Launcher Update] Reverted the size change for auction listings. Auctions now have a small icon to show the Mystic Enchant on an item.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Phalanax Stance would inherit the threat auras of Defensive Stance after the Hoplite rework.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the baseline Energy Regeneration would sometimes not restore the correct energy, resulting in a lot of loss energy.
Battleground spoils now has an option to accept Marks, Orbs, Runes instead of gear.
Battleground Spoils (61-70) now has the correct gear, rewarding bloodforged gear relevant to the stat allocation you choose and has a chance at receiving bonus honor gear from the Honor Vendor, this includes: Weapons, Trinkets, Armor, Shields, Relics, etc.
[Pending Cache Clear] - Updated the Scrolls of Unlearning to be 250 Marks of Ascension, down from 1,000 from Norzdormu's reward.
[Pending Patch Update] - Clarified the tooltip in Hand of Gul'dan.

Icicle damage from Ice Barrage now deals 20% reduced damage versus players.
[Pending Restart] Shattered Barrier is now on the normal root diminishing return category, changed from random root category.

[Pending Restart] - Crystalforge 4 set bonus now deals magic damage (inherits the highest school modifier) instead of Holy Damage.

[The Eye] [Kaelthas Sunstrider] Lord Sanguinars Seal of Blood damage to healing conversion will now scale with the player count, converting damage to healing at a rate of 100% per player.
[Serpentshrine] [Al'ar] Corrected an issue where Al'ar could target the same player with both Living Bomb and Lesser Living Bomb.
[Serpentshrine] [Void Reaver] Increased the damage dealt to Void Reaver based on his current health to 25% up from 20% when a Safety Lock is broken.
[Serpentshrine] [Morogrim Tidewalker] Corrected an issue where Bursting Bubbles explosion would deal no damage.
[Serpentshrine] [Lady Vashj] Corrected an issue where Toxic Sporebats spawned slower then intended.

[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Maulgars Will now enter a regular Berserker instead of casting Whirlwind until all player are dead.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Maulgars Champion is now casted by Maulgar himself 10 seconds into the combat on the highest health adviser and then recasted on the new highest health adviser whenever Maulgars Champion is removed either by an advisers death or when the health threshold has been reached. Previously would always start on Kiggler and then follow a fix order.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Krosh now casts Massive Fireball instead of Greater Fireball while under the effect of Maulgars Champion. Massive Fireball inflicts damage in an area around its target.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Krosh will now ensure there is always a Spell Shield to steal from him if there is no player with an active Spell Shield to be found.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Krosh is now immune to dispel effects, NOT to Spell Steal.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Blindeye now uses caster ai, casting Holy Bolt at random player targets unless interrupted instead of attacking in melee.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Blindeye now casts Prayer of Healing instead of Greater Heal while under the effect of Maulgars Champion.
[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Blindeye no longer casts Prayer of Healing on its regular schedule.

[Gruuls Lair] [High King Maulgar] Greatly improved caster AIs of Kiggler and Krosh, causing them to no longer skip other events if a cast is in progress.
