[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Burning Embers wasn't making Spellburn cast ignite whilst this talent was learned.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Draconic Tempest was not increasing the cooldown of Ignite by 30 seconds, 70% reduced duration and 70% increased tick rate.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Everburn was not increasing the duration of Ignite, Blaze and Scalding Brand
[Pyromancer] Quickburn now correctly Increases the tick rate and reduces the Duration of Ignite, Blaze and Scalding Brand.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Ignite did not have a spellpower coefficient.

[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Flame Swell would not consume Ignite while it was present on the target.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Flame Swell could deal damage without Ignite being present on the target.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where the damage from Volcano was not dealing any damage and hidden from the combat log.
[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Explode wouldn't consume Ignite when present on the target.

[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Burst would generate more breath charges than intended when used with the Firefall passive ability in the Draconic tree

[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Melt would always trigger the Melt Effect damage even if the target did not have Ignite present. It will now trigger the extra damage when Ignite is present.
