[Felsworn] Illidan’s Favor now affects Cripple instead of Vengeance.

[Felsworn] Fel Protection now reduces your damage taken while above 75%, instead of providing armor and magic resistances based on dodge rating on proc (This effect was too gear dependent to grant value and at gear level where the value was good you were already in diminishing return on Armor territory)

[Barbarian] Time To Kill now also triggers from Berserker Axe.
[Barbarian] Mak’gora now also absorbs a moderate amount of healing from the target, but now has a 2min cd up from 1.5min

[Barbarian] Minimum speed mod has been moved from Deathless Resolve to Endless Fury

[Ranger] Befriend Beast ability added to the Ranger baseline spell kit, learned at level 24
[Runemaster] Water Runes have been reworked
[Runemaster] Boiling Runes have been reworked
[Runemaster] Echoes of Eternity no longer stuns, instead deals damage
[Runemaster] Warpmaster reworked to now reduce the cooldown of Ley Walk and Warpblade
[Runemaster] Magic Tolerance has been reworked and now has Runefeed synergy
[Venomancer] Nerubian Sting Slow reduced from 50% to 40%
[Venomancer] Class talent pathing has been adjusted with the above change in mind
[Venomancer] Scorpid Form, Stalker Form, and Raptor’s Speed now count you as a Beast
[Venomancer] Lethargy now slows for 15/30/45%, up from 12/24/36% and now lasts 8 sec up from 6 sec

[Witch Hunter] Tonics no longer put each other on a micro gcd, allowing you to pop them all at once.

[Templar] Templar Strike tooltip conditioned to only display the generation of Follow Up if you have Righteous Lunge learned
