[Witch Doctor] To accommodate the spirit rework, a new visual is attached to spirits to keep the thematics of spirits intact.
[Witch Doctor] Dambala’s Lethality and Dark Loa’s Incantation now have Shadowflare synergy
[Witch Doctor] Spirits reworked, and are now attached to the caster. You no longer summon, or have to run over them. Where you would previously summon a spirit, you are now just granted the buff.

[Stormbringer] Flux Arc reworked, now causes Forked Lightning to mark targets, marked targets explode for percentage of received damage from your Call Lightning.(note: While original Flux Arc was effective and simple, it did not support your loop of building/spending Static. With this version you can now effectively build Static using Forked Lightning and use Call Lightning to contribute to AOE damage.
[Stormbringer] Forked Lightning is now a linear spell in front of you instead of a wide cone. (note: While wanting to maintain the Lightning Stormbringer’s range, keeping it as a standard procedure cone caused you to pull enemies significantly outside of normal pull radius and hard to control who you want to hit)
[Reaper] Ghost Form is no longer useable indoors
[Pyromancer] Overwhelming Flames now in switch with a new node Concentrated Breath., a new talent that increases damage of Breath of Neltharion but reduces its target count
[Pyromancer] Slagdragon value reduced.
[Pyromancer] Breath of Nozdormu reworked, now causes Destroyer’s Maw to trigger twice for its duration.
[Pyromancer] Draconic Tempest now increases the damage of Draconic Fang and causes it to reduce the cooldown of Destroyer’s Maw, but increases the cast time of Draconic Fang.
[Pyromancer] Might of Drakkisath ICD reduced by 1 sec.
[Pyromancer] Dragonstorm now in a switch with new node Draconic Attunement.

[Pyromancer] Breath of Neltharion now hits multiple enemies, with reduced value per additional target. (note: This and following changes are to move some of your damage into spell usage rather than procs, which is a common confusion point for players trying to pick up this spec)
[Pyromancer] Valdrakken Adept reworked, now causes Slagstone to deal additional periodic damage against targets affected by Blaze. (note: this will partially fill the proc source gap of Magmatic created by transformation of Ignite.
[Pyromancer] Malygos’s Revenge now interacts with Blaze instead of Ignite, consumes 1 less second.
[Pyromancer] Breath of Malygos is now a transform of Ignite.
[Necromancer] The heal from Transfer Life is no longer logged in combat logs.
[Necromancer] Transfer Life will now only target your Raises (Abomination, Skeletal Archer, Grave Mage, etc) and will no longer target your Animates (Zombies, Putrid Thralls, etc)
[Necromancer] Base damage of Lich Blast increased by ~150 by level 60.
[Necromancer] Curse of the Lich no longer triggers additional damage and instead increases the damage of your Lich Blast (10 stack Deathchill damage proc from Lich Form) with each stack alongside reducing casting speed.
[Necromancer] Heartchill no longer triggers additional damage and instead increases the damage the enemy takes from Lichfrost and Ice Barrage alongside reducing healing received.
[Necromancer] Deathly Chill talent swapped positions with Hail of Arrows to put Hail of Arrows in the Icequake talent line
[Necromancer] Icicle Shards has been reworked into Rotting Ice. This change should be similar in output, but give more value to spells and effects like Unholy Frenzy.
[Necromancer] Arctic Blast is now reflavored to Animate: Frost Giant. It is the same spell, but it now also animates a Frost Giant and has no visual missile.
[Necromancer] Command: Abomination now slows the target’s movement speed to a halt instead of rooting. (Which resulted in occasional interaction of root preventing the pull)
[Necromancer] Soulfreeze now has a 3 sec duration and ticks every .3 sec, down from 4 sec duration ticking every .4 sec. Its base damage per tick has been increased by ~20.
[Necromancer] Soulfreeze now also refreshes the duration of Glacial Shift with each tick
[Necromancer] Bone Legion now works with any command spell instead of just Command: Skeletal Archers
[Necromancer] Deathly Chill reworked to no longer give critical damage as it was essentially a copy of another node in the same tree (Coldwind)

[Knight of Xoroth] Fixed a bug with Absolutism and Chaos Feast where affected spells instead of ignoring given % value of armor were considered as attacking an enemy with % more armor.

[Guardian] Centurion Strike no longer regains charges of Valiant Strike baseline, the effect now requires the Battling for Supremacy talent.
[Felsworn] Issue where Fel Rift: Orgrimmar had no icon has been fixed
[Cultist] Cultists can once again equip staves.
[Chronomancer] Scepter of Time cooldown reduced by 2 sec.
[Chronomancer] Tome of Time cooldown reduced from 1 min to 30 sec.
[Chronomancer] The Vast Infinite adjusted, Infinite Power now speeds up the recovery rate of Bronze Protector’s spells instead of reducing the cooldown they incur.
[General] Spec passives will now also appear in your specialization talent tree for gigachad levels of clarity
[Bloodmage] Sanguine Essence now persists through death so you do not have to retoggle it with every death.
