General
[Starcaller] Aspects now properly display proc chance increases with Improved Aspects as well as Aspect Mastery.
[Sun Cleric] Seraph's oath tooltip changed to properly display how many enemies Gavel of Atonement cleaves while active.
[Barbarian] Changed Keg Smash to 5 yds instead of melee range (doesnt change its range) making it so empty kegs now increases the range of it as intended.
[Starcaller] Node placement and node connections of Astral Warfare tree have been completely overhauled.
[Starcaller] Starshield Smash no longer applies Scattered Stars by itself. In combination with Meteor Smash talent (unchanged) it was resetting more than twice the value of its own cooldown upon consumption with very few targets.
[Starcaller] Celestial Knight proc chance from Starsunder increased to 25% to make it more reliable for DPS AOE.
[Starcaller] Celestial Cleave cooldown reduced to 3 seconds to fill out the gap left by previously higher uptime of Celestial Knight.
[Starcaller] Command has been removed from the class tree and is now learned when acquiring Warden of the Moon.
[Starcaller] Starbarian moved to na new position in the class tree under Lunar Shock and above Mana Charged.
[Starcaller] New node Nightblade, which increases the damage done by Starlord Strike (proc of Aspect of the Starlord) introduced to the class tree placed in Starbarian's old position.
General
[Runemaster] Fixed an issue where Runed Orb was also boosting the crit damage of affected spells
[Runemaster] Runed Orb's debuff is now consumed on cast instead of on hit, preventing multiple projectile spells from benefitting from 1 buff
[Runemaster] Fixed an issue where Runed Orb was usable while moving

[Starcaller] New connection path has been created between Moonwalk and Flask of Moonwell Water to improve pathing logic and improve pathing between middle and left sections of the tree.
[Starcaller] New connection path has been created between Moonwalk and Rain of Comets to improve pathing logic and improve pathing between middle and right sections of the tree.
[Starcaller] Rain of Comets and Astral Armor have swapped positions in the class tree to avoid having to path through a defensive node when it is not desired.

[Starcaller] Moon Touch and Reverse Magic have swapped positions in the class tree so DPS setups do not have to path through a healing node to access utility while retaining accesibility to Moon Touch for healing specs.
[Starcaller] Improved Aspects and Aspect of the Moonwell have swapped positions in the class tree for better access to Improved Aspects for DPS specs while retaining accessibility to Aspect of the Moonwell for relevant specs.
Talents & Abilities
[Monk] Bladegrease can now stack on the same target when multiple Monks are in a party.
[Runemaster] Glyphed Barrier will now properly reduce the cooldown of Mind Guard by 2/4 seconds.
[Witch Doctor] Voodoo Serpent Beam should no longer randomly stop casting and properly benefit from haste.
[Witch Doctor] Voodoo Serpent Beam will now trigger the initial tick when the channel begins.
[Ranger] Fixed an issue where Adaptation: Crossbowman could stack with other Adaptations.
[Son of Arugal] Bloodsore can no longer be manually cancelled.
[Ranger] Farstrider's Command will no longer proc while below 5 Archery Points.
[KoX] Dismenberment will now properly apply the healing reduction effect when used against monsters.
[Cultist] When going Insane, while above 100 stacks of Total Madness you will now also gain stacks of End My Madness. This debuff reduces all healing received by 1%. This means Cultists will take -1% healing while at 101 stacks of Total Madness. And take -100% healing at 200 stacks of Total Madness. (pending restart)

[Starcaller] Celestial Aegis mana cost has been reduced from 40% Maximum Mana to 30% Maximum Mana.
[Starcaller] Tidal Rebirth will no longer have a reagent cost.

Talents & Abilities

[Pyromancer] Fixed an issue where Scorching Ray would not consume Overheating if it killed a single target.(pending restart)
[Pyromancer] Dragonfire will now properly reset the cooldown if it gets the last hit or your target dies while the projectile is in the air. (pending restart)
[Necromancer] Transfer Life no requires targeting a minion to cast. It can now be cast target independent and will automatically heal minions in range. (pending restart)
[Starcaller] Fixed an issue where Moon Hammer required 8 points invested when it should have 0 investment requirement.
[Necromancer] Unlearning a Raise: Minion spell in the talent trees will now de-summon that specific minion.
[Necromancer] Grave March will now cause your ranged and spell caster minions to begin attacking, instead of rushing towards the enemy and giving them mean looks.
[Necromancer] You will no longer lose your Runic Power when leveling up.
[Necromancer] Minions will now speed up while you are mounted so they don't get left behind and despawn when you zoom.
System Changes
[Systemic Rage Casting Change] Rage will no longer decay outside of combat if you are casting a spell that requires rage. This prevents situations where spells like Radiant Flame from Sun Cleric could begin a cast out of combat, then fail to complete the cast because your rage decayed before the spell completed.(pending restart)
