The goal of these ranger changes is to have more interesting ways to manage/control your rotation, and a priority list of stuff to do in your rotation. Ranger has a very simple base rotation and it should stay that way to an extent but I think having more ways to optimise it and customise it is cool! I am thinking that 3/4 of the 'Arrows' spells will be baseline with core rework, probably along with the Ignite Munitions spell
[Ranger] Envenomed Arrows no longer has an ICD, meaning it can now proc multiple times on different enemies from 1 aoe ability
[Ranger] Precision Shot now causes the target to take 8% increased damage from the Ranger for 4 sec per Archery Point you have, but does not consume them. (This replaces the 4% increased physical damage taken for 5 sec)
[Ranger] Deepwood Poison CD reduced to 12 sec from 15 sec
[Ranger] Falconmark is now Skirmish, a no CD Archery Point spender that gives movespeed, crit chance and reduces focus costs, gaining duration based on points consumed
[Ranger] Warmaster Shot Cooldown reduced to 30 sec from 60 sec, now consumes Archery Points, Stun duration based on points consumed
[Ranger] Fixed tooltip of Serrated Shot
[Ranger] Only 1 of Crippling Arrows, Spread Arrows, Envenomed Arrows or Ironstrike Arrows can be active at a time ('Arrows' abilities are like soft stances that affect your ranged attacks)
[Ranger] The Marksmanship passive is replaced by Ironstrike Arrows, which gives 40% bonus RAP, but causes Ranged Attacks to increase the focus cost of your abilities by 15% and RAP by 10%, stacking 100 times, until Ironstrike Arrows is removed
[Ranger] Spread Arrows now has no costs and lasts until removed or overwritten
[Ranger] Envenomed Munitions is now Envenomed Arrows. Functions similarly but is no longer AoE and stacks up to 10 times down from 50, but each stack increases damage by 15% up from 5%
[Ranger] Crippling Arrows also generates a small amount of Focus when you hit an enemy with a ranged attack
[Ranger] Freezing Arrows is now Crippling Arrows. It has no cost and lasts until removed or overwritten, making ranged attacks slow enemies
[Ranger] Crippling Arrows now also buffs Ranged Haste and reduces damage dealt

[Ranger] Dismounting Shot now also comes with a 50% movespeed slow for its duration
