[Starcaller] Shooting Star can be ended early by recasting the spell (similar to auras) and its cooldown starts after the effect ends
[Starcaller] Shooting Star now increases your movespeed by 10%, ramping up quickly over the duration to +50%, and forces you to keep moving
[Starcaller] Shooting Star now causes your next melee attack within its duration to knock your target back and deal bonus arcane damage, both increasing based on distance traveled.
