[Templar] Libram of Consecration now strikes up to 5 nearby enemies
[Templar] Shackle the Unrepentant now lasts 6 sec baseline down from 8 sec on players
[Templar] Libram of Tenacity is now baseline and learned at level 18, but its base values have been reduced slightly and a new node has been added in the original place of Barrier of Light that buffs your Libram of Tenacity
[Templar] Barrier of Light has been swapped to the position of Libram of Tenacity
[Templar] Holy Cleave is now Holy damage instead of physical damage.
[Templar] Cleaver and Heroic Cleave reduced by 5% each to slightly offset the buff of bypassing armor due to being holy damage.

[Tinker] Macro-Gravity Zones stun stacks will now apply every 0.5 sec up from every 1 sec, but it now stacks 6 times for the stun up from 5
