[General] Many spells that reduced movement speed but were not properly tagged as a snare have been fixed.
[General] Armor types have been removed from the spec select screen as they were not providing useful information and were just causing unnecessary confusion (Some players thought they were only supposed to be able to wear the type listed, some thought that it meant their best items would always be that armor type, etc. The recommended stats should make your gearing priority clear.)
[General] Primalists can now use Swords (1h/2h)
[General] Stormbringer, Necromancer, Chronomancer, Witch Doctor, and Pyromancer have had their GCD adjusted to 1.5 sec. Note: Caster 1.5 sec global cooldowns are affected by haste
[General] Melee classes have had their GCD adjusted to 1.25
[General] Attack Power debuffs no longer stack. Highest value effect applies.

[Necromancer] Crown's Call has been reworked and its activation glow when its proc'd will be removed with the next patch.
[Witch Doctor] Amphibimorph can now be cast at a targeted location instead of just around you
[Witch Hunter] The Inquisition tree has had a major overhaul
[Witch Hunter] Dusk Blade and Dawn Blade base damage on lower ranks reduced. Dawn Blade now goes through its damage progression over 2 additional Ranks.
[Witch Hunter] Brimming Hatred and Night Stalker swapped.
[Witch Hunter] Rank 6 of Shadow Shot added
[Witch Hunter] Shadow Shot now deals Shadowstrike damage.
[Witch Hunter] Pure Agony now deals 30% of the Witchblasters damage across its duration, up from 25%.
[Witch Hunter] Improved Shadowblast now increases the damage of Shadowblast by 15% since it no longer has a cooldown baseline.
[Witch Hunter] Improved Flourish reworked to Sinner with Flourish synergy
[Witch Hunter] Vampiric Tonic now heals you equal to a portion of Physical Damage dealt instead of doing leech damage procs
[Witch Hunter] Deal with the Devil now causes Shadowblast to reduce the cooldown of Darkflock by 2 seconds, down from 3 seconds, to compensate slightly for the above change making it no longer conditional.
[Witch Hunter] Deal with the Devil now increases damage of Shadowblast and now additionally Darkflock by 20%, down from 50%, but is now just a permanent passive node and no longer conditional to execute phase or requiring you to Shadowblast the target to put the debuff up.
[Witch Hunter] Shadow Rages RAP scaling from owner increased from 18.8% to 25%
[Witch Hunter] Anguish DoT RAP scaling increased from 8.45% to 11.5%.
[Witch Hunter] Shadowblast RAP scaling increased from 8% to 25%.
[Witch Hunter] Magical Blasting Powder increases the damage of Shadowblast by 25%, up from 15%.
[Witch Hunter] Blasting Powder stacks now increase the damage of Witchblaster by 30% per stack, up from 20%.
[Witch Hunter] Flintlock Shot and Quickdraw now extend the duration of Anguish by 2 seconds.

[Venomancer] Lethality now provides a minor chance to be able to use Widowmaker regardless of target health when dealing damage with Withering Venom.
