[Witch Doctor] Unstable Concoction can now properly trigger if your Potion Toss was cast during the channel of Mojo Beam.

[Venomancer] Scorpid Speed now requires a critical strike but its values have been increased from 10% to 20%

[Venomancer] Leg Strike tooltip corrected to no longer mention the old cleave that it had as it is now a single target ability.
[Venomancer] Ticks of Venomtip Poison no longer consume Death Spray, preventing it from stacking up properly.
[Venomancer] Ticks of Facemelter no longer consume Acidfang, preventing it from stacking up properly.
[Venomancer] Withering Venom now properly triggers a Miasma while in Serpent Lord.
[Tinker] Questionable Methods and Preventative Medicine are now a switch node with each other
[Tinker] Field Medic now removes the cast time instead of reducing the cast time, but now only affects 1 spell cast down from 2

[Tinker] Battle Turret X-13 now has a 5min cd up from 1.5min. This change was done because Battle Turret X-13 is an incredibly powerful cooldown that gives you high damage and high durability and we would rather keep it strong than nerf it to match the current cooldown.
[Tinker] Sentry Turrets now last 1min down from 2min
[Tinker] Explosives Expert now also applies 1 stack of Tracer Augmentation
[Tinker] Hasty Swap is now called Hasty Tech and now provides a flat % reduction to the cast time of Blackpowder Shot and Repair Shot
