[General] All class buffs are now single target, and raid-wide equivalents have been added that can be acquired at level 58-60
[General] Abilities acquired during the 1-9 experience have been adjusted to lead to a similar kill time for each class and a smoother 1-9 experience
[General] Classes will now receive a single additional card at specific intervals while leveling that help explain the unique mechanics/concepts introduced to them
[General] All classes now start with white quality gear at level 1, and all starting gear has been updated
